  • DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?

    We offer discounts through our Membership and Refer A Friend program as follows:

  • SILVER MEMBER PROGRAM

    Clients who purchase weekly or biweekly cleaning services pay a monthly membership fee of $15 and receive a 10% discount.


    (i.e., carpet cleaning, window washing, declutter service, lawn maintenance services, hauling)

  • GOLD MEMBER PROGRAM

    Clients who purchase our recurring general cleaning services & recurring mowing services. Pay a monthly membership fee of $20 and receive a 20% on additional services.

  • REFER A FRIEND PROGRAM

    You can earn a referral discount by telling your family, friends, and co-workers about us. If a family member, friend or co-worker uses our service, a one-time 20% is offered on whatever service you choose.

  • WHAT SERVICES DO YOU PROVIDE?

    We’ve have been providing top-notch commercial cleaning services such as janitorial/custodial, carpet and upholstery cleaning, lighting, exterior power washing, hard floor care, ground policing, event setup and cleanup, kitchen care, and post-construction cleanup.

  • WHAT IF IM NOT HAPPY?

    Our reputation is based on your experience with us. We offer a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee on all of our services. Just notify us of your concern within 24 hours of work completion and we will send someone back to address the deficiency at no additional cost to you. If your work is scheduled on a Friday or Saturday, we will honor this guarantee as long as notification is provided by the following Monday.

  • DO I NEED TO BE AT HOME?

    No, you do not need to be present.  All we need is an entry method and we can take care of everything while you’re away. We will text or call you when we are locking up.

  • WHY SHOULD I HIRE YOU?

    Since we do not pay fees associated with a franchise, our costs are lower and we pass the savings to you.

  • WILL YOU CHARGE ME AFTER A STORM IF THERE ARE FALLEN LIMBS & TWIGS?

    Unless it was agreed upon during our initial sale call, you will incur additional expense for yard clean-up. If yard clean-up is required, we will reach out to you about adjusting the price.

  • DO YOU CHARGE MORE IF I GET MY LAWN MOWED EVERY OTHER WEEK?

    Yes. We will add a surcharge to the price. The price will be determined during the initial sales visit. We’ve noticed that if it rains a lot, turf can grow 8” to 10” in two weeks. That presents a lot of grass to mow and causes extra stress on the mower and technician. Additionally, we can’t be responsible for grass clippings on the lawn due to the turf being too high because it wasn’t mowed in two weeks.
